Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 working days via tracked Royal Mail Services or DPD for larger orders. We use tracked services because of the unique and bespoke nature of crystals.

In exceptional circumstances we may use other couriers.

Please check your contact information that you give to us (Email / Phone) as we use these for tracking purposes and to keep you updated and informed on the progress of your order.

Collection of orders is available from our registered address by appointment only and must be selected at the checkout option - do not turn up without an appointment.
