SECTION 21 - BOOKING POLICY

When making a booking for Healing Treatments, we, The Kent Crystal Cave require a deposit to secure the booking slot, which will be confirmed with you - the customer via email. 

The deposit is non-refundable and you, the customer can make one cancellation and re-book without losing the deposit. If a cancellation is made for a second time, no re-booking will be allowed unless another deposit is paid unless in extreme circumstances.

Your deposit is not affected if we, The Kent Crystal Cave, cancel the booking.

All cancellations must be communicated with no less than 48 hours notice. 

Section 22 - Wholesale Accounts

Misuse of Wholesale Access

Use of our wholesale service is a privilege extended to approved account holders only. By applying for or using a wholesale account, you agree to use the service in line with the Terms & Conditions outlined by The Kent Crystal Cave. Any attempt to misuse the system - including but not limited to falsifying business details, sharing discount codes with unapproved users, repeatedly attempting to use wholesale discounts on non-eligible items (e.g. gift cards, courses, workshops), or placing orders to unauthorised addresses - will result in your wholesale access being revoked. In serious cases, your account may be permanently blocked from all future wholesale orders without notice.

 23. Complementary Therapy Disclaimer – Crystals & Energy Healing

a) Complementary, Not Alternative

The Kent Crystal Cave operates in the field of holistic and complementary wellness. We offer products and services including (but not limited to) healing crystals, Reiki energy healing, sound therapy, meditation, and crystal healing courses. These offerings are not a replacement for medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, or intervention by licensed healthcare professionals. All content provided - whether verbal, written, experiential, or energetic - is intended for spiritual and emotional support, not as a substitute for professional medical care.

b) No Claims of Medical Efficacy

The metaphysical and energetic properties of crystals described on this website and in associated materials are drawn from a combination of historical records, cultural traditions, spiritual teachings, and anecdotal accounts. 24. Sound Bath No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

Please read carefully before booking.

Sound baths are held in hired venues for a strictly set time and are designed to provide a calm, uninterrupted experience for all attendees. To protect the integrity of the session and the experience of other paying guests, the following policy applies:

Doors will be locked at the stated start time of the event.

Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances, as this causes disruption to the session, other guests, and the venue.

If you do not arrive on time and make no attempt to contact us prior to the start time, your booking will be classed as a no-show.

No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals where entry is refused.

This includes circumstances where the session has already begun and the doors are locked.

By booking, you acknowledge that:

The venue is hired for a fixed period.

Spaces are limited and reserved specifically for you.

Your place cannot be reallocated once the session has started.

We kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in and ensure the session can begin promptly and peacefully.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and for helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and immersive environment for everyone attending.

 

25. Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions

Overview

Our Refer a Friend scheme is designed to reward customers who share our Crystal Healing Courses & Workshops with others.

By participating in this scheme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Referral Reward

• When a referred person books onto a Crystal Healing Course or workshop, the referrer will receive a discount code as a thank you.
• The referred person must be a new customer.
• The referrer’s name must be provided at the time of booking.
• The reward will be issued once the referred booking has been confirmed and secured.

Discount Values

• Standard referral reward: 10% discount code.
• Wholesale customers: 5% discount code.

This ensures fair use alongside existing wholesale discounts.

Wholesale Customers

• Customers with an active wholesale account will receive a 5% referral reward instead of 10%.
• Wholesale discount and referral reward may be used together, giving a maximum combined discount of 18% per order.
• Additional discount stacking beyond this level is not permitted.

Where the Discount Can Be Used

Exclusions
