Join us under the energy of the Full Moon for a deeply restorative Sound Bath (The full moon is actually the following day but the energy is still felt)

🕯️ When: Wednesday, 3^rd December arrive at 8:15 to start promptly at 8:30pm, ends at 9:30pm

📍 Where: John Banks Hall, Marden Memorial Hall, Goudhurst Road, Marden TN12 9JX

As the moon reaches her peak, emotions rise to the surface - inviting release, reflection, and renewal. Combined with the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and gentle percussion, this immersive session helps to:

This is your time to pause, to step away from the noise, and to reconnect with yourself. The frequencies of sound help the body move from tension into stillness - while the moonlight amplifies everything you’re ready to let go of.

➡️Please ensure you bring something comfortable to lay on (IE a yoga mat, camping mat etc), a pillow and blanket and wear something warm. This is your time, so please come as comfortable as you like 🙏✨
